I would like to say thank you for coming to our page and having a interest.
We are currently looking for more people to get involved with the Behind-The-Scenes.
Currently there is only me, Frank Berry and James Jenkins who are running and making plans and decisions.
We have held talks via e-mail to GWR making sure we can use our photos of their units on our future merchandise. We are thinking of prices for Memberships and don't want to get them wrong. The money will be put to one side waiting for the moment of preserving our first unit. We hope to get 150002 due to the fact that 150001 is already planned to go to the NRM. We are currently also working out the costs of having a shop for extra things to be bought giving you a nice product whilst helping us out. After we know about how much interest there is we will start making a timescale of when its most likely to happen. Obviously right now the Sprinter units are still heavily used by current TOCs but they are starting to get outdated.
We are heavily involved with social media as well. I would like to say along with the rest of my team thank you to "itznonbine" on railforums.co.uk for voting for us to get given £500 of funds. Once we get closer to achieving our first unit we will start talking to some Heritage Railway and the ORR.
